Shipping times

All orders are shipped either via Registered mail or DHL, depending on the preferences of the clients. Delivery via Registered mail for EU countries normally takes 3-12 working days; for Non EU countries shipping may vary but normally takes 5-15 working days. Delivery via DHL for EU countries normally takes 1-2 working days; for Non EU countries 1-5 business days. 

Packaging

All shipments that are sent by MINISTRYOFWATCHES.com, are checked and packed carefully to ensure there are no damages on the products while being shipped.

Operating Hours

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 4:00 pm EET (with the exception of public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment at the latest.
