In particular, we wish to draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase within the TOS and our Privacy Policy. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
MINISTRYOFWATCHES.COM
offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our
distribution center. We offer many products in our website, such as watches,
electronics, clothes, accessories, etc. If by any reason a product is not in stock,
but you have made an order and paid for it, you will be notified and asked how
to proceed, whether to refund the payment or to put you on a waiting list.
Items received into stock will be shipped
with priority to customers on the Waiting List. Please be aware that we
may be unable to deliver selected merchandise due to
production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order
into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the
Advance Payment to your credit/debit card within thirty days of being advised
that merchandise has become unavailable.

PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on the Site are final and in GBP.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The GBP price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject tomarkdowns at any time during the selling period. No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union. If orders are shipped to countries, which are not members of the EU, then import duties and taxes may apply. Duties and taxes are not covered by us. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine if any costs will be applied prior to purchase completion.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in GBP, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. If you have a PayPal account, PayPal will allow you to see the payment amounts in different currencies.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and MINISTRYOFWATCHES.COM will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria and the language of the contract is English/Bulgarian.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to the ordered item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
PAYMENT
Payments are done via PayPal. There are two possible options to pay 1) by having a registered PayPal account, or 2) without having an account. On checkout you will be redirected to PayPal.com, where you will have the choice to use your PayPal account, or pay as a guest. For the payments you can use Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro debit cards, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by MINISTRYOFWATCHES.COM. DELIVERY
Every product is carefully checked and tested and is dispatched only if it covers our quality standards. Every product is then well and securely packed so it can be delivered to you in a perfect and working condition. We provide you with a tracking number for each order, so you can track the delivery process If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by MINISTRYOFWATCHES.COM, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 working days from the day after you received you order. For orders cancelled under the DSRs, we will issue you with a full refund including the shipping cost. However, you will need to first return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned to: MS INTERNATIONAL Ltd. Zahari Kniajeski Str. 73, fl. 1, Stara Zagora, 6000 Bulgaria. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country. After we receive the returned products, they will be inspected and if they are in the condition shipped to you, a full refund will be issued.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your returned goods in the condition you received them at the first place.
Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 working days from the day after you receive you order, by email or post as described above.
Our policy
Items should be returned unused and in the condition they were received. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Faulty goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 working days from the day after you receive you order. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
All measures are taken in order not to receive a faulty item. However, if such is received you have to inform us within 14 working days from the day after you receive you order. . If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size/color, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the color of our product that appear on MINISTRYOFWATCHES.COM. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
